Returns

  • Most items purchased on qmssurgicals.in can be returned or refunded within 2 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, barcodes, and invoice included.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • To initiate a return, contact the QMS Surgicals customer care team within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
  • In cases where the delivered product is damaged or does not match your order, please refuse to accept it from the courier or contact customer support immediately for assistance.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date QMS Surgicals receives the returned product for your refund to be processed. Orders placed through online wallets will be credited back to the wallet; orders paid by cash on delivery will be refunded via fund transfer to the bank account.

If the returned product is found to have been used, altered, or is not in its original condition, the refund may be refused.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
  • Any wrong ordering of product by the customer does not qualify for a return.
  • Return requests made after the 2-day return window will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. After shipment, cancellations are not accepted.
  • In rare cases, such as non-availability of a product, incorrect pricing, or bulk order classifications, QMS Surgicals reserves the right to cancel the order. In case QMS Surgicals cancels your order, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
